Why don't the mods respond to my questions faster?
Why do they waste time in CB chat when they should be addressing more important things? |

It may not be what you want to hear, but I'm pretty quick to address what it is people have to say. When I closed the VTech thread, Podomaht created a thread here in Feedback and I immediately responded to it. Just as an example. When, after several pages of going back and forth it finally came to light that you weren't properly verbally warned, I immediately addressed that. So is this an all the time criticism, or was it that you happened to have something you wanted taken care of and it didn't happen as quick as you wanted it to? Also, in regards to "response," have you cleaned your inbox? Because you are taking quite a bit of time doing that. Have you responded to the numerous times AC has asked you to be specific? Because you are taking quite a bit of time doing that as well. We want to work with you, we want to work with anyone that has criticisms, but you have to enable us do that. |
