The navigation, and the overall text look odd to me. Maybe its because you have all this color, but those areas are lacking it? Same goes for the headers I would suggest you add more color to that as well. Also a font change wouldn't hurt either. You could of also added border colors for the boxes or just added some brushes in them as well to make it less plain. Overall its ok, it just seems to need a few etras added to it.
