I've only done it like 5 or 6 times, and we used condoms, and he says he truly loves me, although I don't believe him because he's 15 and yes I'll admit it we don't know what true love is...but is this wrong?

Just because he says "I Love You" doesn't mean it's alright to have sex.
I know some people regret having sex at a young age. I mean, I regret doing it at a young age -- I was older than 14 though -- but luckily, I am still dating the guy that that I lost it to. Not many people are that lucky. Like what others says, just be ready for the consequences. What with inflation and all, taking care of a baby is going to be difficult. I mean, you have to be at least 16 years old to work, and the higher paying jobs at least require children to be 18 years and older or have a high school degree. Keep that in mind.
