I've only done it like 5 or 6 times, and we used condoms, and he says he truly loves me, although I don't believe him because he's 15 and yes I'll admit it we don't know what true love is...but is this wrong?

If you trust him enough that if you DID have a child with him, you COULD both raise the child together, then yes. You have to trust him and love him enough that if you had to raise a child together for the rest of your lives, you could.
