have u asked the girl u want to go with??Tell me about your situation heres mine:

Im in a tough situation my friend is hot and she broke up with her boyfriend recently3 weeks ago they both moved on he already has another FRIENDGIRL and doesnt have a date, and she asked me who i was gunna go with and i said idk. But i didnt wanna ask back cuz i didnt wanna throw my self out there. Knowing that there was someone i wanted to take before.

But theres this girl that i kinda like but shes just average looking.(sorry for being shallow ) And i would have asked already if i wasnt in this predictment. I would have more fun with the other girl thats a proven fact but i like this girl since ive known her so long.

So i dont really know what to do. Risk asking my friend possibly over looks or ask a girl that im closer with. Its not all about looks? orly

1. you're attempting to get with a friend who just broke up with her boyfriend. you're not acting like a friend, you're taking advantage of the fact that she is "hot" by your standards and "good enough" to take to prom, and that she is not completely emotionally stable. how low can you set your standards.

2. you didn't want to throw yourself out there. then don't ask her, wuss. simple as that. asking any girl out has two sides to it: acceptance, and rejection. if ur not willing to take rejection, grow a pair of balls or just don't bother asking them out.

3. you think that the girl you like is "average looking". and based on the fact that she is "average looking," you're considering not asking her to prom. i really think you should think about whether or not you really like this girl or not, or if she's just some fling for a little while. if she was "hotter," would it all of a sudden make the situation different? think about how shallow ur becoming.

4. don't go with either. i personally don't think you deserve either. why? the "hot" girl doesn't deserve to be taken advantage of. the "average looking" girl doesn't deserve to treated as a last resort/"eh she's okay...but i guess i like her."
