Who has Surpass Hosting? |

I just purchsed shared hosting at surpass hosting on saturday, and haven't got my login yet. I was just curious how long it took them to send you your login infromation?

Surpass... haha... bad choice.
When I registered, I waited 3-4 days for my login information. Finally I got fed up and filled out a help desk ticket. I really don't recommend their service, honestly. Their servers go down almost daily. It's really annoying. I tried their service for 2 months and I got fed up with it. I have long since switched to a different host. They do answer their help desk tickets rather quickly, but that's only on the first reply. After they reply and you reply back to them, they takes hours to reply back to you. It's crazy really. But hey, if you still haven't received your login information, then submit a ticket. |
