I have no clue how to do this..., Borders and Colors. Options

I have the original MySpace layout (the blue and orange one) and I was wondering if there were anyway to get rid/change the color of the "about me" and "interests" label things. I'd prefer if I could just get rid of them. And if I could also change the color of links (which are currently blue), that'd be fantastic.

I also wanted to get thick black borders around each section, but when I tried it there were a million and one lines all over the place. Any advice?
