Mother's Day Options

I'm writing an article about Mother's Day and I wanted to know from all of you:

A) How do you normally celebrate Mother's Day?

B) Is there any lessons about life (or lessons in general) that you have learned from your mother or any lessons that she has learned from you (her children)?

C) Did you ever forget about Mother's Day and failed to give your mom something special? What happened and what did she do?

A) How do you normally celebrate Mother's Day?
Get her a card, buy her something nice. Try not to get her pissed at me. Used to give her whatever teacher told us to make in elementary...not so much now obviously.

B) Is there any lessons about life (or lessons in general) that you have learned from your mother or any lessons that she has learned from you (her children)?
Um..make sure the guy is 100% right for you before you marry. Handle money well and wisely. Be good to others.

C) Did you ever forget about Mother's Day and failed to give your mom something special? What happened and what did she do?
Last year...I didn't forget. I was in the middle of my IB exams. Nothing happened really. My Mom doesn't really endorse celebrating Mother's Day. She thinks its better if I do something nice for her everyday as opposed to one day.
