ehm...maybe i'm just retarded, but i can't find the right tutorials for this.
 ehm. i just really bump my skills to do something like this. i want the glowy stuff, the atomic bomb looking thing on the right side, and the colorization. You can also find the whole vintage type effects here. Even though its for Icons it works well for different styles.
