Mother's Day Options

I'm writing an article about Mother's Day and I wanted to know from all of you:

A) How do you normally celebrate Mother's Day?

B) Is there any lessons about life (or lessons in general) that you have learned from your mother or any lessons that she has learned from you (her children)?

C) Did you ever forget about Mother's Day and failed to give your mom something special? What happened and what did she do?

Well, I would design a Mother's Day card with ribbons and stuff; [I don't buy cards =p] Then, while she's in bed, I would "cook" waffles, make coffee, and cut up strawberries. I would put the strawberries in a pretty bowl and the coffee in a pretty cup and the waffles on a pretty plate, then put everything on a tray and bring it to her.

What I learned from her? To go on with life. It helped especially when I was in middle school (DRAMAA )

Sort of; A few days before Mothers Day I would decide to make a cake or something, but I forget. On the day before Mothers Day, I would keep reminding myself to do it. Of course, I forget.

But I never failed to give her a pretty card
