do you go to sleep at night, warm and comfy in your blanket, only to wake up shaking and shivering? my roomate will wake up sweating so he always sneaks around and opens the window at night. so when i wake up, I'm shaking. Like a seizure. But when he wakes up, he says "OH NO I'M SWEATING BALLS!"
how do you deal? |

yeah! same here! i wake up in the middle of the night so cold and i end up covering myself and waking up with a sore throat or a stuffy nose.
