Lately I've been giving nicknames to just about everyone and for the ones that stick, I've found that it's a great way to bond. It's like a constant inside joke that's said to often to be forgotten.

Actually, I think hes registered here.  Oppps. LOL.  I've gotten Luceface. Lucybear. LucyCakes. LucyMcNinja. uh, yeah.
