Mention how you will set yourself to interact with them.
Maybe you could mention some of experiences of your own, and how you can apply them when helping with children.

This question seems like "Why do you want this job?" See, we can't answer that because hell no would I want to work with children, and who knows if you feel the same way. So basically, what out of all things brought YOU to this job and what do YOU wish to bring to this job.
