I really want to learn how to draw, does anybody know and good tutorials online?

Practice, practice, practice. That is the only way you can get better. I suggest starting off by doing a 5in by 1in gradation chart using ebony pencil. And the move onto drawing hands. And after that, try to do a realistic sphere. Etc.
