i use photoshop 7.0. Does anyone know why every time i try to animate a picture, it comes out Looking aLL dusty-ish?? and i guess pixeLated?? i dont kno if im doing something wrong.

Sometimes the quality of the animation depends on what program you use.

I think you need to develop a style. From the pictures i have noticed some neat techniques such as using the smudge tool to smudge the stars of the second image. I think if you perfect that technique you could make some pretty unique art =)

Some images seemed a bit over done. Be careful not to clutter your work with brushes and choose carefully where you are going to place your images and what effects you may want to add.
