My best friend told me yeserday that she had sex with her boyfriend and she wants to tell her mom but she isnt sure how, and i dont really know what to do; if i should tell her parents for her or something? Can anyone help?

considering it's her body, she should be the one telling her mom. 14 is really too young to be having sex though.
