how do you make comments show up in your div? |

so i put in this div layout and i felt pretty smart, having gotten most of it right, but how do you make it so it actually shows your comments? there's a box for them, but they aren't showing up inside. ??

Ok, but once the comments are set to scroll at whatever size, how can i possibly remove the empty space above the comments? I know it can be done. I've done it with a few of my layouts a while a go, but I forgot how to do it since I had not done any layouts for a while now. Unfortunately one of my HDs burned a while back, so most of my coding and images were gone. Any help would be greatly apreciated.
