Just wanted to know other people's thoughts on this. I recently started writing in this notebook that I guess I could call my dream journal. Mainly to see if my dreams have some subliminal message and if I can connect that to one another. What about you guys?

No i really can't write anything when im about to sleep. But it would be nice to write things down.
