This is the second layout i've posted on here.....its nothing really special, but its better than my last one......it doesnt look too good in firefox cause of the scrollbars......i'm learning as I go.....so check it out...

The background shows grey for me, it doesn't match well. All the text on the image looks stretched out. The photo of the car is a ltitle on the low quality side as well. You should also, like already mentioned , think of changing the font color. Its not bad for your second though.
