It's pretty cute, I like the colors. The edges of the cookie could be cut a little better, and I don't like the heart brushes at all (definitely overdone).
Also, the edges of the divs (about me, navi, pics, etc) kind of bugs me a little. All in all, its a pretty good layout. I wish you had a link to the live preview though. It would make it easier to critique.
