This is the second layout i've posted on here.....its nothing really special, but its better than my last one......it doesnt look too good in firefox cause of the scrollbars......i'm learning as I go.....so check it out...

It's pretty good, The only thing that bothers me is the font/link color, it's somewhat hard to read.
