how do you make comments show up in your div? |

so i put in this div layout and i felt pretty smart, having gotten most of it right, but how do you make it so it actually shows your comments? there's a box for them, but they aren't showing up inside. ??

yeah... the thing is there is already a place there for them to go. what i can't figure out is how to make the comments visible.
