ok so now my brother has started slapping my ass or trying to touching it in some form of manner. it creeps me out. when i told him to stop he wouldnt and hes my brother! he was like so what i dont care.im getting pissed and dont know what to do? please help.

Thinking about it, I do that with my friends too. It's funny cause we'll start getting each other and then we'll decide to go to one of their houses and then as we're walking down the street and we're walking in a triangle facing each other just out of arms length of each other.
