Just wanted to know other people's thoughts on this. I recently started writing in this notebook that I guess I could call my dream journal. Mainly to see if my dreams have some subliminal message and if I can connect that to one another. What about you guys?

I have been writing whatever parts of dreams I recall after waking up for over half of my life. I do this so later on I can use parts of them for drawings, writing a story, or any other creative activity I may decide to do. Dreams are useful ideas in that sense, and I feel it would be a shame to not use them at all.
I have never bothered analyzing the dreams I wrote because I never saw a use in that practice. You get better results paying attention to what you see when you are awake, anyway. |
