So i have a bad habbit of eating when not hungery.how do i over come this problem?? i want to live a healthy life and i dont want to get over weight.so can you help?

i used to do that too...
i've heard your mind tricks you into believing you're hungry when you've just eaten for a period of time because it takes longer for your mind to realize "i'm not hungry anymore". try eating 5 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. if you eat more regularly, you'll probably eat less anyways. (don't eat 5 of your regular meals, eat 5 smaller ones.) if you feel you must eat, anyways, you should try drinking water. or snacking on veggies and fruits. :) |
