So let's rewind to the time where we were all wondering the same questions. When you were little, how did you think babies were made? Try to keep this PG - 13.
 As for me, I thought that when two people got married and they kissed, the girl would get pregnant and then when the baby was big enough, she'd poop it out.

when i was little, i didn't even know that babies came from sex
 (well, don't blame me, i was little) i just thought babies came randomly from my moms stomach. and i thought that the doctors cut my moms stomach open with a knife or w/e they use and they pulled the baby out
