comment box problems Options

i'm using this code..

& it's not working for me.. the "comment me" button (which is the alphabet) won't show up... instead it just shows part of the code

but the weird thing is my friend HAS THE SAME CODE & it's working for her

mine is messed up too.

I realllllllly need another one ASAP though. I have my comments/friends hidden so now no one can comment me.
