Just wanted to know other people's thoughts on this. I recently started writing in this notebook that I guess I could call my dream journal. Mainly to see if my dreams have some subliminal message and if I can connect that to one another. What about you guys?

Well, I only write about crazy/weird dreams or things I want to remember, so not exactly..
I've been thinking of keeping one, but it might be better to not over-analyze my dreams.
