You always see these "10 minute full body excersize" articles in every magazine, but I'd like to know what CBers consider a good daily workout. I want to start getting into shape (mainly legs/abs/arms), so any excersizes that you think work would be so greatly appreciated.
Thanks! |

get a good pair of sneakers and go running. it's simple + effective.
you can start out at a low level and build up as you get stronger, so it's not like you'll have to change the routine around constantly to fit your fitness level. it'll lower your blood pressure, strengthen your heart, help you lose weight, strengthen your legs (HELLOOO MUSCLES), work your core/abs, etc. ... the list goes on endlessly. i run for my school's x country and track team, so what i consider a good daily workout is our daily practices- warm up by stretching and doing a light jog, then usually running at least 7k, practicing various sprints, etc. for 2 hours. but that's totally subjective |
