You always see these "10 minute full body excersize" articles in every magazine, but I'd like to know what CBers consider a good daily workout. I want to start getting into shape (mainly legs/abs/arms), so any excersizes that you think work would be so greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I mainly stick to my abs and such. I'm not to worried about my legs because I have come to notice that its just muscle and there isn't much I can do about it.

If its your stomach area.

I use to take about a 20-30 min walk everyday. These a great way to start getting active you can start off with a slow walk and get gradually faster until you can start running _smile.gif

Then do reps of 12 sit ups, regular ones. I'm sure you know what these are..

Then try an oblique crunch :
Lie on your back, knees bent. Put your left hand behind head, elbow out to side; extend right arm to side at shoulder level. Pull abs in; lift head and shoulders off floor. Rotate left elbow toward right knee, keeping hips on the floor. Return to starting position, then repeat for all reps. Switch sides, do about 2 sets of 12 reps.

Anyway also theres a lot of topics over in health that you could find and check out:
