You always see these "10 minute full body excersize" articles in every magazine, but I'd like to know what CBers consider a good daily workout. I want to start getting into shape (mainly legs/abs/arms), so any excersizes that you think work would be so greatly appreciated.

I do 100+ push-ups every day before I shower and during class I usually study/take notes in a position that's kind of like a push-up position and it makes me put effort into balancing so it uses almost my whole body... my teachers don't care
![]() When I brush my teeth, I'm always doing leg lifts/crunches/or those.. calve things? Toe raisers or something, haha. Every once in a while when I feel really weird I do bicep curls while brushing my teeth... I brush my teeth a lot. Then I think I basically laughed myself some abs. You also gotta change it up every once in a while for it to stay effective. |
