For the longest time I've wanted to become a vegetarian, and for a while I was, but it didn't work out because I wasn't getting the protein I needed because I can't cook and my parents did not support me at all. They said they knew I wouldn't last and that it was "too hard" to make vegetarian meals. It's healthier! I don't understand why the whole family can't go for it. You can use TVP to make spaghetti sauce, and it tastes EXACTLY the same as regular beef. Does anybody have any suggestions about how I can be vegetarian, even with a family that won't make vege meals?

don't eat regular cheese. most of it has rennat[sp?] of slaughted baby calf's stomachs.
be sure to take a multi-vitiamin to get your needed protien. the chewable flintstone's ones are mucho cool. XD.gif
