ok i have have this one boyfriend for two weeks today ♥ whenever i sit by him he will like look at me and gentley taps my chin and he always does this. I dont know what it means if anything, and i was hopeing someone does or thinks it just something he does.

This actually sounds like something I would do.
Anyway, I would have used it as a sign of affection. In a rather more perverted sense, he just wants head.
