Viva La Revolucion! ![]() Kaycee (kayceeisms) has been demodded for reasons that will not be disclosed. Kaycee, arguably one of cB's most valuable contributors of her time, has been stripped of her position of People Staff. Why? We don't know, but that's what we're here for!End of discussion. Since Kaycee's demotion, the administrators and head staff's only justification for firing her has been "because discussing it would tarnish her reputations further." I can't really come out and say it, but Kaycee did something really stupid, and made a bunch of us really angry... I wouldn't want to further tarnish her reputation. However, this cannot be a legitimate reason for not telling the reason for Kaycee's demotion to either the community or even fellow staff members.Because they apparently don't give two dimes about Kaycee! Not even one! You're right AC. I don't give two dimes about Kaycee. I don't even give ONE dime about her! -- IT CAN'T BE DICUSSED, SO SHHHHHHHH..... Why so defensive, Ms. Kandi? Hiding something? ![]() This is not the only situation where staff members behind the demodding of Kaycee have avoided the subject to be discussed. BTW..this is a problem within the mods. You really don't need to be getting involved, we don't need any added drama. This is not just a problem among the moderators; if we have some corrupted staff members (as well as loss of good moderators), it will inevitably affect the whole community. It's common sense. This just shows that they don't want anyone else getting involved who could possibly see that there's something wrong with the picture.-- Join the effort to persuade the admins and head staff to reveal the real reason why Kaycee was demoted! Protest against Kaycee's demotion! If they won't listen to fellow staff members, surely they would yield if the community becomes involved as well. Sign here to add to the petition against Kaycee's demotion and make some noise!

i'm trying not to take a side since i don't know the situation. But, really, i don't understand why the people shouldn't get to know why the reason someone on the people staff was actually dismissed. Especially since it's controversial.

i'm trying not to take a side since i don't know the situation. But, really, i don't understand why the people shouldn't get to know why the reason someone on the people staff was actually dismissed. Especially since it's controversial. think of it like the government, whatever stays in there stays in there especially those of higher officials being the head staff and the admins of this site, we are like the people that demand answers as of demanding and questioning Bush's authority. They could fire him or anyone in office with the consent of the other higher officials even if that person may not know what he/she did wrong. but in Kaycee's case she does not know what she did wrong to get fired, but I'm pretty sure if she took the time to think and look at what she might have done to get fired, then I think all this support and fighting may be futile. People now in the community question the actions and motives of the staff members, if their reasons are to be kept within that area then let it be. I'm not taking sides for anyone but pointing out some stuff that ya'll shold think about before running your mouths arguing why something shouldnt have happend or without knowing the reason why it happened. |
