i'll be just fine Group: Member Posts: 322 Joined: Sep 2004 Member No: 51,428	So, I'm currently writing an article about bogus school rules and how schools can sometimes be too strict. So far I only have two bogus rules though: my school has a complete ban on iPods, if they are caught on campus they are immeadiately taken away until a parent can come and pick them up. I understand not having them on in class (duh) but the entire campus? It takes me ten minutes to walk to school and it can get so boring without my music! At one school three girls were suspended for saying the word vagina at an open mic night thing they had, the suspension was taken away but still... it's like getting suspended for saying arm... or leg... or nose. Does anyone else here have to endure extremely stupid rules? If so, can you tell me and your high school and state? Thanks so much!

One stupid rule at my school - we can't have coffee in class. Sometimes after working on a project the entire night and getting little to no sleep, I NEED a coffee. I'm not a damn grade niner - I think I can be trusted with a coffee in class.
