How are these topics productive? All of them that end in "ar" are just abstractly arguing about the situation only staff completely knows about.

You make a good point; describing the real situation (not that garbage coming from admins and head staff) to the whole community wouldn't be a bad idea.

I'll try to get that up by tonight.

As for "people on staff should be friends," sometimes when you just got to go against the flow when you know there's something wrong with what's happening between the higher staff members (like a corrupted government).
