Perhaps these kinda things only happen to me but, have you ever had a day where you forgot your glasses/contacts (or you need them but you don't have them) and end up strolling around the halls in school and outside, having people come up to you and saying hi from afar and you end up squinting to see who it is. (Making the person think you were grilling them?) Or for example, if you were having a bad day and you had a really mad expression on and as you turn around you come face to face with your crush. I find that majorly embarrassing.
 Don't you hate bad timing and impressions that aren't really you?

Yea a freind would be waving at me, and I won't know who it is cuz I don't have my glasses on and then they would come to me and say...i was wavign at you why didnt you wave back, and ill be like, cuz i didnt know who you were.loloasdf
