I have a lot of those.
Lord of the Flies Catcher in the Rye Grapes of Wrath Jane Eyre A Tale of Two Cities A Farewell to Arms Catch-22 The Sun Also Rises For Whom the Bell Tolls Atlas Shrugged And to my ultimate shame: Native Son Black Boy And I didn't read Great Expectations, Pride and Prejudice, and 1984 until I got to college. I don't believe I got through high school (and two AP courses) without having to read them. |

-Book 11-13 of Lemony Snicket's
-A Short History of Almost Everything -Death of a Salesman (I liked The Crucible, so I expect this one to be great as well) -Pride and Prejudice -The Catcher in the Rye -Tuesdays with Morrie -Lord of the Flies -The Bell Jar (Sylvia Plath is awesome.) |

The Bell Jar is fantastic and if I lived next door to you I would throw rock at your window until you open it and then throw the book at you. Read it. I've skated around most of the classic English assignment books. Never read Catcher in the Rye Tale of Two Cities Jane Eyre Scarlett Letter One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest (read Bell Jar instead) The Color Purple (read Ordinary People instead) I chose to read 1984 on my own |
