i swear i saw a topic on this but i dont remember anything it said and when i searched, i couldnt find
BUT is vitamin water good for you? i've read stuff about it and although it does have calories and sugar and all that fun stuff, it is better then soda (obviously) because soda has like 3x as calories and none of the vitamins good for you as in vitamin water or just plain water |

yeaa it's good for you
but it really does have a lot sugar.. i think oh, and the vitamin water topic i found in the foods section was about favorite flavors.. soo i think your topic can 'stay', idk. |
