Mine would have to be English 8, or TV/Video Broadcast. :]
English 8 because our teacher was pretty cool, and we had Talk Time when where we had a topic thrown at us and we had to talk about it for about 3 minutes straight. Broadcasting because I got to know more people in the school by working on the announcements and producing it. :] |

It's a toss-up between orchestra and humanities.
Orchestra, you get to play music. Enough said. Humanities, you get to carve sculptures out of soap, picnic on the "front lawn" of school in Baroque costume with the humanities kids for a whole school day, walk over to a church and basically hang out for a whole school day in Medieval costume, and... all sorts of crazy things. |
