So I have a question- go figure eh? How many of you go to-or have seen- a therpist. Therpist, shrink whatever. And if you don't mind saying what for and/or how long...
 I just really thought about wondering how many people are in my shoes. I'll start: Yes, and for depression haha. kayyyyy go!

^ I wish my school actually had a counselor.
I've never seen a therapist, but I'm starting to think I need to for my social anxiety. I've never actually been diagnosed or been to a doctor for it, but I know my parents will never put me on meds. So therapy is probably my only option. |
