Do you like the photograph?
Is it informative enough? Does the color scheme work? Is the navigation bar, mmm, not-so-aestheticlaly-pleasing? Do you have any suggestions? ^ Agree. And I think if you're going to base your layout on an image so heavily, you ought to do more with the image rather than just take a stock photo and use that straight. Also, your font choice on rollover doesn't really go with the theme of the image you've chosen.
