yea, i hate being sore.
i know it's a big no-no to not do some conditioning yourself out of the season..but thats what i did. nothing. i hate it noww..it's only the second day of track practice and im dying. i cant even sit on the toilet without plopping myself onto it. anyone else hate being sore as much as i do? |

I hate but love that sore feeling. I hate how I can't move or do anything normally since I can't move. I love it because I know that the workout i'm doing for whatever is working and it's just going to make it stronger and more resistant. If that made any sense.
