Imagine that you were a mix. You thought that you came from your real parents then you found out that they weren't your biological parents. They happen to be your foster parents with the same culture as you. Later, you found out that your biological parents was a slut and a pimp ... or your biological mom was raped.
You always thought your parents were your actual "parents". How would you feel about yourself? |

i'd be completely shocked. i'd probably want to be alone for an hour or so.
but i don't think i'd want to go track down my biological parents and refuse to eat until i've done so or whatever, because my foster dad would still be my dad and my foster mom would still be my mom. |
