I'm really confused. Love comes from heart? Does the heart has a mind of its own?
If your heart was transplanted, are you able to love the same person? Or, does love comes from your brain? It's strange. People say, "listen to your heart, not your mind". I'm like, "what the heck?" |

It's definitely a mental thing, because I'm pretty damn sure that emotions don't literally come from that organ that's left-center. But there are, I suppose, physical symptoms of love. You know, hormones. Fight or flight, giddyness....all of it causes the organ to beat faster and faster.
And then there's heart; which is, above all, highly metaphorical. I do believe that the heart, the holder of emotions, resides in the soul. It isn't physical but mental and unique; this thing is the kind to get broken, the kind to bring passion, the kind that moves mountain. [/cheesiness] Yeah, pretty sure the organ can't do all that. |
