well, everytime my stomach hurts from skipping means or being too cold, i regret it so much at the moment and promise myself that i will take good care of myself afterwards, but then i usually forget about it and do the samething over again and fail to learn from my mistakes.

I'd say about 50/50. I try to learn from my mistakes but sometimes I feel like it's not worth trying and commit the same act again.
