Trying to come up with a "period kit"..?

Guest	Hmm, much of this will seem like an echo of previous responses, but here goes - Chamomile Tea - The most relaxing natural beverage, ever. Water Pills - Being bloated is so uncomfortable and can absolutely ruin a day. They have these OTC (over the counter) at places like Target Tylenol/Excedrin - I know most like Midol, but I have to say that in my experience, just plain ol' Tylenol or Excedrin does the trick Lots of water - Yep, guess what happens when you're on your period - You loose fluids. Drink lots of water Chopin CD - Ever heard Etude In E 'Tristesse,' Op. 10 No. 3? It's beautiful and so serene. Lavendar bath crystals (warm baths are so soothing) Dark chocolate
