As Toyo said, you have to design those yourself in a program like photoshop, Paint shop pro, or even gimp (free) and then make the image and save it and then upload it on the web and set it as a background image.
They just look like normal brushes, although if you would like to know further how to get a program that you can do this with then I will move this topic. Although you have to tell me something before that. Thanks
