Yeah, Daylight savings.
Remember to set your clocks an hour ahead.

DST Begins March 11th at 2 am.
Be sure to switch your clocks so you aren't
late for work tomorrow!

One of my kind, hungover employees reminded me of this this morning. lol.
"Yeah, come in late to work tomorrow, you have an excuse"

Daaang, one month earlier than usual. mellow.gif

I used to really not mind Daylight Savings Time, because I loved how the sun set so late, but now that I've thought about for a while, there's no freaking point.

Buuuut, I could be wrong about that, anyone care to elaborate about this whole thing started for me?

Benjamin Franklin came up with the original idea back in the day when they used to use oil and candles for light. He came up with this idea to save on oil and candles by setting the time to where the sun set later in the day. This allowed more light to work.

It's the same idea today. Just modernized. Today we do it to save on energy because people use more energy, as far as lighting, at night for obvious reasons. By having the sun set at a later time, this eliminates that factor. Instead of having your computer or TV and your lights on at the same time, you'll just have your computer or TV on.
