I'm looking for new ways to promote [advertise] by blog. I'm fairly cheap, so the free options are what I'm looking for. What are some of the ways you promote your blog?

Yeah, I think the key is networking/affiliating, as Jane said, really. I mean.. just get involved and comment others' sites.
